Do you match competitor's prices?
Yes, Professional Appliance Direct will match any authorized dealer's price. If you find a lower total price (including shipping, handling, and delivery) on an identical model number, contact us at sales@proappliancedirect.com with the details and we will match the total price. We may require a detailed quote of the lower price in writing before adjusting the total price.
Exclusions: Professional Appliance Direct will not match prices on damaged, used, open or discontinued items. We reserve the right to revoke this policy at anytime. Price match is only valid prior to items shipping.
